Upon receiving DG41 offer letter!
I share this for those who need a little guide to prepare for our posting. These are all that I have done/ about to do.There are many things to be done after u have received an offer letter for DG41.
Macam leceh pon ada ke sana sini but through out the journey u learn about living and human. Cuba jadi dewasa. Dah nak jadi cikgu kan?😁
Okay. Sorry terbebel pulak. Let's start.
1) Check ur interview result,print and download the offer letter and all documents :
-surat setuju terima tawaran
-surat akuan sumpah
-surat aku janji
-borang pemeriksaan perubatan(couldnt remember the title already)
-check list
*all in 1 click
2) Be grateful u did well for ur interview (Alhamdulillah!)
3) start to rearrange ur day to accomplish all the requirement.
4) First day aftr downloaded the doc, u may accomplish 3 missions :
-Surat Akuan sumpah-go and meet Pesuruhjaya sumpah/mahkamah to get the sign and stamp. (I went to see Pesuruhjaya Sumpah and pay RM4 for it. Some said they only need to pay RM1 or get it for free)
*bring some cash with u
*dekat Jerantut ada few Pesuruhjaya Sumpah- 1)Puan Maimunah at Jalan Dulang 2(belakang ten ten)
-Akaun KWSP- go to any KWSP branch and they will assist u to complete ur registeration. They may ask if u want it to be patuh syariah(-riba n all for muslim) or not.
*no payment needed
*less than 10 mins
-Pengesahan Akaun Bank/Muka depan Buku Bank. As for those who prefer to use muka depan buku bank skip this point. U just need to make the copies of it. Untuk yang tak ada buku bank (latest registeration w/out buku). Go to the bank etc: maybank,bsn,bank islam,cimb, rhb and ask for pengesahan akaun. They will print it for u then only u make the copies of it.
5) 2nd day. Med check up. Skip this point if u want to go to private hosp for ur check up. As for those who want to sve some money, go to any gomen clinic (klinik kesihatan) ask the counter about med check up for teacher to be. Some clinics only accpt med check up in the evening. It is good if u manage to give a call first. State that u want to hve an xray and also want to see the dentist. It may take u around 4 hours to complete evrythg in a day. CHILL. 4 hours but u save some money😁.
As for me, I learnt my lesson throughout the process 😂. Alhamdulillah, settle dh pon.
Cost for me:
Pemeriksaan asas: xray, penglihatan, urine : RM20
Registeration: RM1
Klinik Pergigian: RM1
So I spent RM22 for my med check up.
*Jimat RM58
*sahkan borang C before u go to the clinic
*klinik kesihatan jengka tak ada xray for the time being
*klinik kesihatan jerantut :morning-go for xray n pemeriksaan gigi first. Then come again aftr 2pm to register n complete ur med check up. 😊
6)3rd day. IF uve done those items up there, now semak checklist and start to select things that need to be photostated
- I/C*
-surat beranak
-surat akuan sumpah*
-med check up*
-pengesahan akaun KWSP*
-Pengesahan Akaun bank*
-sijil spm
-sijil brenti sekolah
-transkrip akademik*
-I/C parents.
Make few copies. Divide into 'disahkan benar' and w/out the stamp sebab people said some school prefer to hve yang tidak dicop.. so just be prepared. Lepas dah divide, go and ask for the stamp from the proffesional group *41 and above.
7) Gambar passport. Some said need to make 8 copies. Buat je lah. Kalau lebih tepek dekat buku salasilah keluarga😂.
Dah settle everything semak semula checklist anda. Takut2 ada tercicir! Of course kita nak yang terbaik kann. 😄
Then, pray that kita akan 'dipostingkan' di tempat yang memudahkan kita/ yang kita nak.
Everything happens for a reason. Have faith! Rezeki takkan salah alamat. Macam jodoh. Eh?😂😂😂
